Posted on: Thursday 19th of December 2019

The recently-announced Moo ‘X’ mixer plug-in is the world’s first “fully automated hybrid mixing console under total software control”. Session recall is instant, and all mixer controls can be automated or saved as a preset. Features include equalization, analog compression and saturation, and a master section with auxiliary input and stereo analog compression and saturation.

The Moo ‘X’ Mixer is one of the plug-ins that come with the APB-16, Analog Processing Box. The McDSP Analog Processing Box (APB-16, reviewed Resolution V18.4) combines the flexibility of software with the fidelity of premium analogue processing. Each channel can be controlled by a Pro Tools plug-in giving true digital workflow with genuine analogue performance. Processing options include compressors, mastering limiters, transient enhancement devices, multi-channel and multi-band applications, and so much more.

Registered APB-16 owners will receive the Moo X Mixer plug-in at no additional cost. Shipping soon.
